The website www.aimatch24.de gives visitors the opportunity to obtain information about AI solutions and AI tools and to order services and software in this area from listed providers. The AI Match 24 platform offers the opportunity to make direct contact with the respective provider. Any contracts are concluded between the provider and the interested party.

The website (www.aimatch24.de) is subject to the following terms of use, which are bindingly agreed between interested parties and the platform operator when this website is accessed. Insofar as special conditions for individual uses of this website deviate from the following terms of use, this will be expressly indicated at the appropriate place on the website.

To this end, the user can use the search query to request various ‘use cases’ for solutions and tools from different providers.

The platform (www.aimatch24.de) does not offer its own AI solutions or AI tools. Interaction and communication via the website does not result in a contractual relationship with the platform operator for services or software in the field of AI. Contractual relationships are concluded separately between the user and the provider only.

§ 4 Website performance

At www.aimatch24.de, users can obtain information on the topic of AI as well as comparative offers from the listed providers for the respective AI solutions and AI tools they are looking for.

It is not necessary to create an account to use the search function offered on the www.aimatch24.de platform to search for providers according to the respective use case, but it is necessary to provide contact details for communication with the provider.

No guarantee is given for the correctness and completeness of the information on the website, especially if it originates from third parties. These terms of use are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The language of negotiation is German. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
