Your Listing ID can be found in your account dashboard, previous confirmation emails, or your original listing page URL. It typically follows the format "AI-" followed by numbers (e.g., AI-12345).
Select from Basic (1 week), Standard (1 month), or Premium (3 months) renewal packages based on your visibility needs and budget. You can select any package regardless of your previous subscription level.

Within 24 hours of receiving your payment confirmation, our team will process your renewal and send you a confirmation email. Your listing's expiration date will be extended according to your selected package.

If your listing expires, it will remain in our database but will not be visible to users for 30 days. After this grace period, you will need to submit a new listing application rather than completing a renewal.
Standard and Premium renewals include the opportunity to update your listing content. You can provide updated information, new features, or revised descriptions in your confirmation email. Basic renewals maintain the existing content.

We recommend renewing 7-14 days before your listing expires to ensure uninterrupted visibility. You will receive automatic reminder emails at 14 days and 7 days before expiration. Early renewal is processed smoothly – any additional time is simply added to your current expiration date.
Yes, you can select any package during renewal, regardless of your previous subscription level. This is an excellent opportunity to upgrade to a higher visibility package or adjust based on your current marketing needs. Many clients start with Basic packages and upgrade to Standard or Premium as they see results.
For Standard and Premium renewals, simply include your desired updates in your confirmation email. This can include revised descriptions, new features, updated screenshots, or changed contact information. Our team will implement these changes as part of the renewal process. For extensive revisions, we may contact you to ensure everything is implemented correctly.
If your listing expires, it will be removed from public view but remains in our database for 30 days. During this grace period, you can still renew through the standard renewal process. After 30 days, the listing is completely removed, and you would need to submit a new listing application. Note that new submissions lose historical performance data and may receive different placement than established listings.
